Despite the fact that she travels a lot, her workouts are still one of her top priorities. Megan recently shared the intense routine that she engages in order to prepare herself for the runway.

The number of times that she works out per day can vary and depends on her schedule. However, she sometimes works out four times per day. Her workouts are a combination of cardio and strength training. Megan starts her workout routine off with conditioning. She often uses battle ropes in order to do interval training. Battle ropes give you a great workout because they are heavy and help you work out a sweat. Short bouts of interval training also helps you lose body fat.

Megan does resistance training after she does cardio. She does heavy squats in order to keep her legs tight. She also does a Bulgarian split squat. This is an alternating exercise that works the legs individually. It helps improve the balance. After Megan does squats, she does sideways lunges. These exercises help increase muscular strength. They target the hamstrings and hips. This routine is intense, but it is often the first workout that Megan does. Cryotherapy is another part of Megan’s routine.

This treatment involves exposing the body to low temperatures. Many models use this treatment. Megan’s workout routine continues after she finishes her cryotherapy session. She often works out with a personal trainer. The personal trainer helps her target her midsection. It is easier for Megan to complete her workout routine when she splits it into two sessions. She concludes her workout by cooling down.


Megan’s third workout of the day is a restorative one. She typically does yoga or meditation. She does this workout in order to help reduce her stress and help her relax. Runway models like cardio because it can help them burn calories. However, Megan prefers to do circuits instead of one long cardio session. Circuits allow you to burn more calories in less time. Many people also think that they are more fun than regular cardio workouts. Battle ropes, agility drills and hurdles are included in Megan’s circuit workout. After Megan completes this session, she works on the moves that she had trouble with. She is currently working on pull-ups. This is a move that she continues to improve on every day.
